I know how quickly an exciting trip can become an overwhelming pile of tabs, opinions, and decisions. I created Danielle’s Adventures to make planning feel personal, clear, and genuinely enjoyable.
From our first consultation through research, booking, packing lists, travel tips, in-trip support, and your return home, you’ll have a real person in your corner. I listen first, plan around what matters to you, and care for the details all the way through.

What does the planning fee cover?
The planning fee covers the time and expertise involved in researching, comparing, and thoughtfully designing options around your needs. Because every trip is different, the fee will be discussed during your complimentary consultation and agreed upon before research begins.
When is the planning fee paid?
We’ll discuss the fee during your complimentary consultation. It must be paid before destination research or proposal preparation begins.
How soon will I receive my proposal?
Once your planning fee is received, I aim to provide your initial proposal within one week. If your trip requires more time than expected, I’ll keep you updated rather than leave you wondering.
What parts of my trip can you book?
I’m willing to coordinate all the pieces your trip needs, including accommodations, cruises, transportation, activities, and other travel arrangements. We’ll decide together what support makes sense for your plans.
Can you plan an itinerary if I make the bookings myself?
Yes. If you prefer to handle your own reservations, I can still research and create a personalized itinerary for a planning fee. The scope and fee will be discussed before I begin.
Can you help with a last-minute trip?
To allow enough time for careful research and coordination, I do not accept trips departing within 21 days. Please reach out as early as possible—especially for complex itineraries, groups, cruises, or peak travel dates.

If you separately choose to join, I use your name and email to send occasional travel ideas and business updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Reviews and trip photos
Reviews and uploaded photos are private when submitted and are held for Danielle’s review. Written reviews, first names, destinations, and photos are published only when you separately give permission for those items. You may submit up to 10 photos, and you must own them or have permission from recognizable people shown. Location metadata is removed from any approved website copies before publication.
How your data is treated
Your information is stored securely, is not sold, and is used only for these stated purposes. To ask a question, withdraw publication permission, or request removal, email danielle@daniellesadventures.com.
